Poinsettia Fundraiser

How to participate:

Important Dates:

Orders must be placed by December 5th

How Does the Fundraiser Work?:

Collect your order information from your customers
Once all orders have been collected, send your order into SMartell@gardenfactoryny.com
Your complete order must be delivered or picked up on the scheduled day
You and your group will distribute the Poinsettias to your customers
We will offer each size at a fixed rate and will suggest a selling price, but the selling prices are just a suggestion. Set the selling price as you see fit.

Receiving Your Poinsettias- What to Expect:

The entire order must be picked up at one time
Your group will distribute the Poinsettias to your customers
If you opped for a delivery (addition fees apply):
- The entire order will be delivered on the scheduled day
- Your group coordinated and volunteers will need to be on hand to receive the delivery and help unload your plants
- Designate a spot for each product
- There will be a tentative delivery window. The driver will call prior to heading to delivery location
We will provide you with a copy of the order to help with distribution
If there is something damaged or missing:
- Please double check with volunteers that missing plants haven't already been distributed
- If we missed something or you have a damaged plant, call us at 585-247-6236
- Missing or damaged items can be picked up at The Garden Factory

Poinsettia Care:

Poinsettias must be protected from cold temperatures. Exposure to the cold, even for a limited about of time, can damage the leaves and bracts.
- Check daily for water. Do not let them dry out or sit in water.

4.5" Pot 4+ Blooms
Available Color: Red

6" Pot 5+ Blooms
Available Colors: Red, White, or Red Glitter

8" Pot 8+ Blooms (2 plants per pot)
Available Colors: Red, White, or Red Glitter

Note:

All Poinsettias will come sleeved in a decorative pot cover. They will not be in boxes.
