How to participate:
To get started: If you haven't already, fill out our fundraiser start up form and email it to SMartell@gardenfactoryny.com
Important Dates:
Orders must be placed by May 8th
Orders must be picked up or delivered by May 22nd

Geranium - 10" White Pot
New Guinea Impatien - 10" White Pot
Calibrachoa - 10" White Pot
Wave Petunia - 10" Black Pot
Receiving Your Hanging Baskets- What to Expect:
- The entire order must be picked up at one time
- Your group will distribute the baskets to your customers
- If you opped for a delivery (addition fees apply):
- The entire order will be delivered on the scheduled day
- Your group coordinated and volunteers will need to be on hand to receive the delivery and help unload your plants
- Designate a spot for each product
- There will be a tentative delivery window. The driver will call prior to heading to delivery location
- We will provide you with a copy of the order to help with distribution
- If there is something damaged or missing:
- Please double check with volunteers that missing plants haven't already been distributed
- If we missed something or you have a damaged plant, call us at 585-247-6236
- Missing or damaged items can be picked up at The Garden Factory
