A Halloween party for your four-legged friend! Beginning in 2008 with a modest turnout of 75, The Garden Factory’s annual Doggie Dress-Up Day has grown to over 250 dogs and owners in 2011. The celebration takes place in October, under the shelter of our flower mall. We are happy to welcome local animal rescue organizations, and a professional pet photographer whom you can purchase matted prints from. The first 200 families in attendance receive a free ‘doggie’ bag full of fun treats, and there are prizes awarded in our costume contest. Each year the judges have many creative costumes to decide between, it’s a good idea to start planning your dog’s costume!
This year's Doggie Dress-Up day will be held on Monday October 7, 2013 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. As always, this is a FREE event, but we do encourage donations at the door, which will benefit the local rescue groups in attendance. |
