  • How much stone to I need?

  • Do you deliver your trees and shrubs?

  • How much bulk stone will fit in my truck?
  • The Garden Factory will load open bed trucks with our bulk stone. A ½ yard of stone weighs approximately 1000lbs. Because of the weight most trucks can carry only ½ a yard of bulk stone.

  • How much mulch will fit in my truck?
  • The Garden Factory will load open bed trucks with our bulk mulch. Trucks with six foot beds can take 1 ½ yards. Trucks with an eight foot bed can take 2 yards.

  • I have a dead tree/shrub I bought from The Garden Factory, what do I do with it?
  • The Garden Factory honors Tree and Shrub purchases with a one years guarantee. When you purchased your tree or shrub you will have received this guarantee and the cashier would have stapled it to your receipt. If you had your tree or shrub delivered you pink delivery invoice acts as your guarantee. Bring the dead item into Customer Service with the receipt and guarantee and we will be happy to replace the item with the same item or another of the same nominal value. This replacement item does not receive a guarantee. Please review the guarantee policy before coming to the store with the item.   • I have a perennial, ornamental grass, annual or houseplant that has died, what do I do?
  • These items are not guaranteed. The Garden Factory would be happy to help you determine why the item died as to prevent any further problems.

  • I have a problem with my tree, shrub, annual, perennial, houseplant? Is it an insect, a disease or what?
  • The Garden Factory is happy to help you identify any problems that you may have with your plants at the Customer Service desk. Please bring in a large sample of the effected plant, the effected fruits or a sample of the insect that you feel is damaging the plant. Our Customer Service staff is very adept at insect and disease identification and we can help you determine treatment if needed.   • Senior Citizen Day is Wednesday. 10% off all items excluding Gift Cards, Weber Grills and Delivery Charges.  Ages 60 and up please.
